Lama head on Black CX2?

Yes it is possible, but you will have to get not only the head from the lama, but all the gears and shafts also, basically everything that is driven by the motors.

I think there's a CX2 upgrade that changes the head to allow it to run those Lama extreme (White, much harder and much less pront to breaking) blades then?

The Aluminum upgrade kit should work. Just keep in mind that the CX2 and Lama V4 Swashplates are different.
