i'd go with a castle creations 60 or 80 as a replacement. check it out at their website. very nice, i've got the 60. with the castle link, you've got almost endless programability. or if you think you'll want to run 8 or 10 cells, the cc 45hv.

I had a Align Esc 35 amp go bad on my T-Rex 450 and another Align Esc losing its programming. I switched everything to CC Escs, One CC25 ,(2)CC35, CChv85 and had no problems. The programming useing the CC link is awsome.

Another option would be a Jazz with 80A or 55A... the best ESC you could get, but expensive!

There was a problem with the ESC in governor mode. And the early instructions had gov and non-gov backwards.

See some of Finless' posts on this topic.

Jazz 55 may be a little lightweight on 6S if you have good packs and a powerful motor (z30 or the 1500 watt Gaui unit).
On 10S with a z30 I can still see 60 amp peaks.... (with a Jazz 55).

For this setup you should take the 80A Jazz...

What for the 10S setup? Nah... Jazz 55 is doing just fine. You have to push really hard to get 60 amp peaks and then it's producing up towards 2000 watts, more than the z30 can sustain for any length of time. Maybe a hardcore 3D flyer could overwhelm the ESC but based on what I'm seeing right now the gears are the weak spot.... I've stripped 2 RevCo gears already whilst over-doing the 'bad cyclic management' game. :(

For 6S I'd agree, Jazz 80 amp is required if you want to wring it out.
