Anyone already using these brushless servo's? I ordered 3 of them for my R90 3D yesterday and I can't wait to try them. I can't find much about them on the freak though.

I'm using them on the Logo 5003D along with the BLS251 on the Spartan DS760 and they work great - very smooth and precise. Currently, they are running on the Jazz 80 5V BEC but I will be switching over to the Western Robotics 3.5A @6V BEC. The response is good at 5V (120oz-in) but 6V will provide higher torque and speed (147 oz-in, 0.1 sec/60deg). I would definitely buy these again. Also I think the current draw is much lower than the JR 8717.
Here is a video of me doing some 'crack' moves on the table.:YeaBaby: In the video I was running at 6V but found out later the WR 5A BEC limits range when run on PCM.

they look very sweet but the price tag is a tad scary.

Well I also chose these above the JR 8915 because they're 10 euro's cheaper.
I think the pricing of the BLS451 is better than the JR8717 (in my part of the world at least)
If you want a real bargain however check out the specs and price of the S9452 at TowerHobbies!
And what is that flybar doing on that Logo? Rip it off man, go VStabi
I have a friend who flies a Logo 600 3D (VStabi)
I have never seen a heli go up so fast
It's like a bullet from hell

I just put the new BLS-451 for my Raptor V-Max :) I will set-up them to 6volts... I think that are great servos for eCCPM systems ;)

Laurens,
We are running 451s and a 251 on our Stratus with a the SGP 6 volt regulator.
The servos rock!
They are crisp!
You will notice the difference and it will be good :)

Ray,
Are you running the BLS251 at 6V as well? If so how many flights have you had with it. I'd like to keep the 5.1V drop down out of line once I switch back to 6V.
Thanks,
Bruce

Hi Bruce,
No I am not. The Scott Gray Reactor sends the 6 volts to the Cyclic servos and 5.1 volts to the tail rotor servo.
