Tempest FAI head parts

Could anyone tell me what parts I would need to change a Tempest 3D head to the FAI version? (with part numbers if possible?)

You can go to MA website and look at the head drawings for the Tempest FAI head. It has the part numbers located on them.
Basically you will need
2 new pitch arms, new flybar carrier tube, mixing levers for flybar carrier tube, new linkage, also you will need the proper balls for the mixing levers.
