Anyone gone flybarless with their N9?
I was considering the V-Bar system - any reviews?
Understand that the blade grip ball link needs to be spaced between 32mm and 36mm (centre of Axle shaft to Centre of Ball link. Anyone have any more info on the right distance?
Gather Matt Botos flys the V-Bar on the N9 so it must be half decent!

Russ Duncan is also flying his N9 flybarless and even entered last years 3D Masters with it. Have you seen Matt's video of his flybarless N9? http://rchelivideos.net/mac_hodges_2007/mattbotos.wmv

I`m glad to see the Flybarless coming back.
I really like the one that GMP had for the Legend back in the mid 80`s.
GMP=Gorham Model Products for those of you that are too young.
I`ll have one on my N9.

hey I just got my synergy about a month ago. I did a flybarless setup on it BUT I did not use any type stabilizing systems on it. The model flew really good but forward flight was a little weird. Unfortunately on the 3rd flight the aleron servo came unpluged nose down about 6 feet off the ground at the othello fun fly. It dident get damaged much but it still was expensive. I now have two n9's now one with a flybar and one without. I am going to use a makido v-bar unit.

Sorry about the crash but the flight seems interesting. Did you think you could fly 3d without an electronic help?
