There is also the Hyperion EOS 0606i AC/DC charger.
It's quite similar to the eStation BC-6. For further information see the manual (http://media.hyperion.hk/dn/eos/EOS0606iAD(acdc)-MAN-EN.pdf).

Actually is not even close.

Differences:

The BC6 is the same nominal output power (50W) but is ahead on features. Compared to the BC6 the 0606iAD has:

* No battery model memories (BC6 has 5)
* No optional temperature probe
* No optional PC USB interface
* No Storage charge program
* No Fast Charge program
* No Lipo Cycling.
* No Capacity safety cut off
* No Timer safety cut off
* No cell count user validation prior to charge for lithium (making the BC6 somewhat safer)
* No Li-ion (3.6V) capability.

I just picked up a BC6 and couldn't be happier with it. Very intuitive and easy to use, and having the option to use AC or DC power is very convienent. It also charges and cycles all types of batteries, so I can charge everything I have.

After using an 0610i (the dc-only big brother to the 0606iAD) I would say the BC6 also has:

* Better LCD (clearer and wider angle of view)
* Simpler use model (but this is very subjective)

Maybe I just didn't get the term "similar" right - hey I'm Swiss.
The initial question was: "Is this [BC-6] the only AC/DC balance charger there is"

The EOS 0606i is AC/DC (same as BC-6).
The EOS 0606i has 50W output (same as BC-6).
The EOS 0606i has an integrated balancer (same as BC-6).
The EOS 0606i charges up to 6S (same as BC-6).

Yes, I already own a BC-6. No haven't bought it at rcaccessory.com.

I guess it would be saying that the Mercedes SL650AMG is similiar to the Volkswagen Jetta. Both are cars, both are German, both have 4 wheels, brakes, and an engine.

Doesn't matter where you purchase it from other than the fact that no else supports the Bantam products like we do. :thumbup:
