cyclic stick is sticking or binding

Hi guy’s I have a realflight 3.5 and I love it but there is a small problem with my controller if I don’t use it for a couple of hour or day’s the cyclic stick is sticking or binding , but if I winkle it rapidly it is ok for a couple of minute of flying and after it becomes stiff.

Is there some thing I can do to the controller to prevent this?

I've had this happen to a computer keyboard which may not be exactly the same but grime and dirt were responsible. You might consider opening the unit to see if it needs cleaning -- it worked for the keyboard.
