Hi all

Another stupid question probably. I have fitted 9257 servo to tail and was just about to fit servo horn when I realise the holes in the horns are too big for the stock M1.6 screws that hold ball in. I assume people are running Trex balls with this servo? Or is there another solution???

thanks as ever

Don't the Futaba servos come with the undrilled disk or a round disk? If so, just drill a properly sized hole in it. Added benefit is that you can drill it at exactly 90* with the servo centered.

Hi Graham

this just comes with the large cross horn or the 6 point starn horn with predrilled holes. I have had to order some trex ball anyway for g-force parts on head so will probably use those.

Thanks anyway

I had exactly the same problem and I did find all the 1.6 mm screws, nuts etc from:
http://www.microfasteners.com.au/

But if you're in the US of A I guess similar hardware industrial guys must exist too..

Happy flying.
