I'm having a CF frame and full metal head with Z30a 1100kv.

The 550 has generates a weird sound "chee cheeeee cheee cheeee..." while flying, especially after a climbout when releasing the throttle to nearly in the middle. It sounds like from metal rubbing each other.

The heli started to have this problem when I changed the gearing from 61T/16T to 42T/14T, it has increased a lot a power but also bring me this weird sound.

Has dismantled the one way shaft and put some oil on the one way bearing but problem still exists.

Has tested with 1st pack but the sound make me worried and stop it halfway.
Tested 2nd pack after re-oil the oneway bearing, has flew full 6min with hard punch/climbout and nothing happened but the wierd sound still exist and seems like is getting louder.

It really make me worried, it must have something is wrong.

check all your gears for cleanliness and mesh

check all your gears are actualy circular and not out of round

check none of your bearings are slipping in there bearing clamps

check all your bearings are clean and not full of dirt

must be problem with a rotating component (obvioulsy)

check motor can not rubbing on frame anywhere

just a few things to take a look at
