So the equipment I have is

TP extreme 6s 5000mah
TP extreme 2s 5000mah
TP 210 balanacer
TP 1010c Charger

Now I would like to charge all my cells as a single 8 cell pack. However the 6s pack uses both the 3 cell port and a 4 cell port on the 1010c. The 2s pack requires an additional 3cell port to plug into.

I am wondering if there is any way I can charge these packs in combination in order for the 210 to see an 8s pack.

I am not adverse to buying a 3s to 4s balacing converter if that may help.

I think that this would work if the all the cells need about the same charge (that is, mah put back into the each cell to get it to a full charge state). Otherwise unattended balancing with typical bleeding based balancers will take too long.

(I am not familiar with the specific charger or balancer you mentioned)

You will need a second balancer and adaptor,I believe:smokin:and charge the packs in series

Or make an adapter to hook the two packs to three connectors which connect to the two connectors.

There is also a diagram out on how to set up connectors to charge 3 x 3S packs in series, using the connectors on the 210V balancer. You could probably use a similar setup to do 6S + 2S.

You might want to just contact Thunder Power.
