I don't want to be a lurker. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to this. I have a Blade 400. I learned to fly on the little Blade CX and the sim. My BF is awesome cause he tweaked the little 400 for me and made it sooo easy to fly. Any advice is welcome. I'm going to try to go back and read all the previous posts and learn all I can. :happyd

Hi Nan,

Welcome aboard!! It's great to see another heli gal!! We are few in numbers, but growing. You will find tons of information on this forum. If you have questions, ask away. It's a very friendly group. I see you've already met Spork :)

Cheers,
Leslie

PS where do you hail from? You don't have anything in your profile.

Hi Nan,

thanks, I'm soooo jealous! A warm climate flyer.....sigh, I'm in New Hampshire. Although we are having a January thaw, most of my flying is in the basement :)

Cheers,
Leslie

Its not warm right now! And its really windy. We had two awesome weather days right before I got the new Heli. Then the day I got it it turned really cold and windy. We've been flying the little Blade CX in the kitchen.

I've spooled up the 400 in the kitchen but not enough room to get it off the ground. I did get to fly it yesterday but I almost had to wrestle the controller out of my boyfriends hands.
