Socket Head Cap Screw Blade 400

Due to a crash, I had to replace the boom and full tail assembly. I am almost done. The only thing I can not figure out is how the M2x14 Socket Head Screw, Screws into the Right Tail Case. This is a machine threaded screw and the hole in the Tail Case is just a small hole. Does the tail casing need to be threaded? Do I have the wrong screw? It seems to be the right length and fits right with the bearings.

For more clarity, this screw connects the Tail Rotor Pitch Lever to the Right Tail Case.
If someone could just look on their blade 400 and tell me if this screw is black.
