Took the 500 out today and while doing some pirouettes, I heard a weird squeak only when spinning to the right I think (either way, it was only on one direction). Decided to tighten the belt and take it out again. Noise went away, but when I checked the belt tension after the flight, I found the belt was a lot looser than what I set it to. Anyone have problems with the boom slipping in the boom block?

There is a good chance of that as it's an Align signature problem. But also your belt is new and will stretch some for the first 50 or so flights...

Will TT upgrade be included in the kits in a month? If so is it worth waiting for a month?
Thanks

Yep just like the 600 my belt is getting looser over a few flights because the boom is slipping in the tail boom clamp. One wrap of celo tape has solved it on my 450 and 600's so I am going to try it on the 500 as well.
When the TT is out if Align has not added a "pinning" screw to the tail case or boom clamp I will be drilling a hole in each and adding a screw.
