Switch and ESC mounting on the 550

I know the plastic frame Hurricane comes with an esc mount but my CF one did not. Where/how are you mounting your esc?

Second thing is the switch for the receiver. I am trying to use an MPI miracle switch but there doesnt seem to be any good place to mount it without cutting up the CF frame. Any ideas or should I go with a smaller one?

1) Why do you need a switch? It is just one more thing to fail, especially on a heli with the vibration.

2) I cut a piece of mixing stick (hardwood tonque depressor) and CAd it to the battery mount in the same place as the ESC mount on the plastic frame and used Velcro to attach the ESC.

I'm not sure about the MPI miracle switch but I mounted the switch at the bottom of the side frame and the ESC mounted at the location as plastic frame.

The frame came with the hole for you to mount switch.
