Packs stored fully charged for 6 months, are they damaged?

I got two 2150mAh packs who I left stored in the basment fully charged during a slow period. Now when im using them, I got a strange drop (or possible rise) in RPM about once every second. The capasity and voltage on both packs seems to be perfect still, but im wondering if this strange behavior in RPM can be cause the packs just cant deliver enough amps? Is that even remotly possible, or do damage packs normaly show as loss of capacity?

i believe it would just affect capacity, but not sure. have your tried raising or lowering your throttle curve just to see if it still has the problem.

Yes generally if they still have juice and haven't swelled the only thing that might happen is a loss of capacity. If you plan on not using them again we recommend cycling them at least once every 30 days and storing them at half of thier rated capacity.
