You need the datacable, network cable and balance adapters. Keep in mind, you can only charge like packs together that have been similarly discharged and similar number of cycles.

You need the data cable to connect the master ballancer to the 1210 so it can read the ballancer(s)
If you will be charging two packs at the same time you will need the network cable with a 4mm female to female adaptor to serial connect the two ballancers.
Next you will need the battery adaptors to match the type of ballance leads your batteries have.
Hereis what I have with my 1210i and LBA10's:
So if I am charging 2 batt I will need 2 batt adapters. And if my smaller batt have different connectors like eflight I will need 2 of them as well correct?

If you are going to charge them at the same time, you need two adapters, one or each pack. The balancers come with some stock adapters, but I can't remember what type of end they have on them. The ones that Wecoyote showed above are the ones I use. Eflight 2s is a JST connector which can be charged with the stock adapters supplied with some modiication.
Can I do the same w/this charger HYPERION EOS0610I 250W 6S 10A BALANCING CHARGER. That I want to do w/the 12s charger. They say you can network 2 chargers together but can you charge 2 batt off of one charger? This has a built in Ballancer, if I could charge 2 batts off the one charger, will the internal ballancer ballance both batteries? Or will I have to buy another ballancer?

With the EOS0610i NET.... you would need two chargers networked togther.....
with the EOS0610i DUO,,,,, you can charge two packs on one charger with two adapters.

Thats Out. 270 is pretty steep. I think im going with a i7, the i12 is too much, I will never charge that big of a batt. Im eventually going fuel. Im getting the i7, lb6 and a lb10 for 100.00 shipped. Also the seller was real helpful on how to get 2 batt to charge. Now I need a power supply......

Now I need a power supply......
I was using a converted computer power supply with my triton (it only charged at 3 amp max)
When I got my Hyperion 1210i, I went ahead a bought one of these:
25 amp power supply (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103961&cp=&sr=1&origkw=power+supply&kw=power+supply&parentPage=search)

Is one of the balancers turned to MASTER and the other SLAVE ? Also, are you connecting the SLAVE balancer first ? Pressing the reset button after connecting ? Just throwing out some ideas, I don't have A123's but I have a 1210i .

READ the start sequence in the manual---you have 14 seconds to connect in the right sequence--like the man said check the master/slave switch settings
