I apologize if this has already been pointed out but has caught me a couple of times.
On the 9303 by default there is a pitch curve slider assigned to the level on the left side. Its very easy to catch this with your finger or when putting it in its case. This lever rotates and adjust the over all pitch curve.
Turn on your bird and try it, rotate the lever and see if all your cyclic servos move. Some one more experience can tell me what use this is for great, but for me it has caused me more issues than good.
If you hold the enter key down while switching on the transmitter you can go into 'devicesel' and inhibit the lever. I suggest doing these before getting mechanical servo center has this lever will alter the 50% center.
Also has Bob finless points out you should set you your swash servo reversing before mechanical servo set up has reversing a servo will also change its 50% center.
