I'm trying to fit the tail roll pin (106-910) into the coupler housing (115-213) of the tail assembly but its too tight! am i supposed to dremel the hole slightly or shall i squeeze in the pin? not sure what to do.Even the hex bushing (115-214) has a tighter hole.

easy use the drimle then cover it with JB weld to make sure that the pin stays in

Just get the Hyperdrive system and be done with that mess forever. ;)

try using some emery cloth to round the leading side before installing.
