Isn't it better to wait for the torque tube instead of getting the metal gear tail ?

All that nice metal and a plastic gear? Why? I think the Align one looks better. And re the VanDe Graff static discharge (http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=56980&page=3) issue on a recent thread, this looks like a very good upgrade to get installed ASAP. Next on my list for sure.

those FUSUNO canopies are very nice. They are pre-drilled to fit T-REX 500. And they are opened up at the bottom bigger to allow more air to cool the motor and esc better. Check out the pictures of comparision. The Align stock one is on the left.
And price is 34.99usd.

Yes definitely to each his own. IMO the Fusuno are :puke . I think the stock align canopy is clean.

Everyone has his own taste. That's why there are more to come, designed by FUSUNO, specifically for T-REX 500, inspired by Ferrari F1.
Very soon available.

You know, I thought that at first also. Im not sure how the Trex conopy looks, but I'm liking the shape of the HDX conopy after seeing them both in person. It may be the way the HDX sits lower and sleeker than the trex. dunno.
