It's a completely stock cp pro. I had a terrible wobble from the head. I balanced and balanced and balanced. I have a digital scale to 0.00 and weighed every single piece and made sure everything was the same down to the 0.01. I used an extra frame to balance the paddles. I cg'ed and balanced my blades and installed them. Balanced the whole head on the extra frame again. Still, at all rpm's the imbalance was there.
I finally broke down and installed a new head from the swash up. Balanced the new head the same way as before, and now I have the smoothest cp.
Went throught the whole procedure with the original head, and still the wobble won't go away.
What am I missing?

could be bad dampers, a bent head block, bent main shaft, bent feathering shaft, bent main blade bolt, really bad tracking. Lots of possibilities...

More than likely something is either bent or the paddles are not equidistant from the head.

To get to the bottom of this wobble, try this, Take the head off and leave the flybars on, spool it up and see if the wobble is still there are somewhat reduced. While spooled up look down from the top at the main shaft and see that it is true. If everything is good there re-install the head without the main blades. spool it up and check again for increase or decrease of wobble. If all is good then take the wrench that loosens or turns the feathering shaft, spin the shaft with the tool as if your taking it off but with no back up and it should spin freely. if the shaft is bent it will move the blade grips up/down/left/right exc. You should be able to turn the feathering shaft and see no warping of the blabe grips. If all that is good than its in your blades.

I forgot to mention that it flew fine the night before, and the blades were tracking great. Everything was straight, true, and equidistant. I've gotten fairly good at setting up my cp (stupid gravity/tree/3n1). This is why I'm stumped.
Anyways, the next morning it was no good. I couldn't get it to spool up without exploding. Must be gremlins.
I tore the head down completely and the only thing that seems off is the dampeners. One is just a little bit bigger than the other. Or they weren't seated fully and became so overnight.
Either way, thanks for the ideas guys.
