LiPo Minimum Voltage

What is the minimum voltage usage for a longer battery life?
I normally keep them to 3.7 to 3.8 volts but don't know if its advisable
to fly them until 3.0 volt so I can get a longer flight time.

Can anyone let me know if this is ok? Thanks

The most important things is never go below 3 volts per cell and never use more than 80% of the capacity.

Under normal operations, I find that 80% discharge is in the 3.3 - 3.4 volts per cell range.
