Without the mixer arm, the collective pitch with take only ~33% swashmix and result in lost of collective servo resolution. If the servo arm is shortened, the cyclic needs >70% swashmix. The reason is the greater geometrical discrepancy between cyclic and collective travel. (Remember cyclic tilt less than the collective up/down)
Unlike a Trex600, the collective and cyclic pitch matches at swashmix ~44%.

So I have to set the travel / ATV in transmitter to 100% and using short servo horns for cycle to compensate for that.
BTW, I still fine tuning the setting for 3Dings

What you need to do is use different blade grips. Try to find grips that you can increase the spacing on in a perpendicular axis to the main shaft. The linkages from the swash to th eblade grips needs to be angled outward more, so that you do not have to decrease your cyclic %.
