Hi guys.

I have been reading everything I can find on the Spectra-G and think that this will be my next heli. I am looking for a ship that can offer some non-Szabo-esqe 3D capabilities and serve as a part time workhorse for some aerial photography (lightweight mounts, etc.).

I am new to gassers, so, I am hoping that I can get some collaborative input on things I need to purchase with the heli for the best final package.

I would be using Futaba digital servos and a 611 gyro... what else would you recommend based on your experience?

In general, I prefer to try to eliminate the "necessary upgrades" up front to maintain the best flying experience.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Todd

Would be a Jewel on-board generator for it. Why futz around with batteries when you can make it charge its own like your car. You can even get a dual jewel setup with a second output voltage of 11.5v to run a video downlink system if needed.
