Broken balance lead fix?

I have an older TP pack that I got off ebay, one of the balance leads broke...

Can I fix this or should I not mess with it? I don't know where the wire goes... I mean I know it goes to one of the cells but not sure where or how it's attached... I'm pretty good at soldering.

you'd probly have to take the shrink wrap off and find out which cell the wire goes to. if your good at soldering then i'd say go for it. either that or just tape the wire off and series charge the pack from now on. me, i'd fix it. i love soldering things.
