Hi Gang,

I note in many threads about the Futaba 6EX that its main Heli weakness is a lack of independent sub trims...

Does anyone know yet if the new T7CA / H that is coming out will have the same weakness ??? I have a 2.4 GHz 6EX that I was going to use and also a 72 Mhz 7CA but not sure which way to go for my new T-Rex

I do not know the answer to your question, but I have a Futaba 2.4 7CH on order and I hope to have the answer soon.

I was wondering how far you live from Atlanta ?

Hi Harry...

I am about 15 mi. South of Chattanooga on Lookout Mtn...Hope we find out the
answer...

Just as soon use my 6EX but if the T7CA/H has the independent trim, will go with
that...

I just got a 7C FASST, and it has independent sub trims per channel. It also has an additional "offset" for the cyclic axes and the tail that is programmable for idle up 1 and 2. I haven't figured out exactly how to set up those offsets separately for idle up 1 and 2 yet, although according to the manual it's doable...

DrElectron,

from one doctor to another... :YeaBaby:

I found out how to program the offset separately for idle up 1 and 2 - my initial trouble simply was that it is too easy... ;) So with both sub trims and offsets, this radio has got the trim sorted thoroughly. I really like it!

Here in Norway the 7C FASST has been available since sometime before x-mas. I've heard that the release is/was a bit later in the US(?)
