I knocked the cyclic down to a more reasonable +-9 degrees.
Shulze said in an email they were designed to run at a higher % of headspeed vs. the K controllers. They also wanted me to use high timing on the Neu which actually Steve Neu says run the timing low, he said the swiching rate could be either 9 or 19kHz. The Shulze does not offer mid timing in heli mode.

Thanks MrMel, never heard that happening, only shafts slipping in bearings. Hmm, they epoxy the shaft into the core?? You'd think they would attach it mechanically so there is no way it can slip
Its quite common.
It has been suggested to steve as well with a mechanical way to do it, but no interest was shown.
He changed the core a while back to make more surface area in contact with the shaft, didnt stop my 1915 to slip though.
But after my own "fix" none has slipped since, so Im ok with it.

This one would be the hot ticket on a Logo and I think its the one Tom and Max (voodoo) fly.

Gee Nathan, what do you you use your 1912's in??
Boats actually !
Shawn has a couple flights on his 30-12 "he" and says it's pretty impressive for it's size, close to 1912-1y power and it runs fairly cool.

Nathan

Do you mind sharing your fix with us an dhow you dissasemble the motors? Cheers mate.
I've done a video (http://video.helifreak.com/?subpath=mercuriell&filename=1910.wmv)on changing the bearings on the 1910 which shows disassembly of the case.
