perhaps this should be in the newbie section...
I have been flying a sabre fixed pitch heli for about two months now and i just got a shogun. I am in heaven!!!!
talk about a difference in stability range control etc. Awesome awesome!
Q: I crashed and sustained some slight damage to one of the main rotor blades. It still flies smooth but I am worried that this will mess up the cyclical. Will it? Also can I epoxy and sand the areas with damage?

Sanding and/or epoxing the blades can unbalance them and cause the heli to wobble or vibrate when you spool it up. If it flies ok, I would just leave them alone. Or buy new blades.

NEVER EVER FLY A HELICOPTER WITH DAMAGED BLADES.

Flying helis with damaged blades, even small helis, will only ever end in disaster.

Please please get some new ones before damage/injury is caused to either yourself or others.
