Cycling Lipos??

I came across this the other day: http://www.maxamps.com/lipo-care.php , basically they recommend cycling your packs (third point under discharging). I was under the impression you dont cycle lipos. Does anyone have the correct info?

You shouldnt store them fully charged. Lipo's dont have cell memory like NiCad and as long as you balance charge them I personally wouldn't worry about it.

Store for more than a couple of weeks at 3.8 - 3.85 volts per cell.
