I'm looking to get into the hobby in a serious way but don't have a lot to spend. I'm hoping there's a generous person out there who is getting out of the hobby or moving up, and is willing to unload everything needed at a discount price. I have my own radio, but need everything else. I also only have $500 max to invest. Also, I live in Canada if that makes any difference. Any generous souls out there willing to get a co-enthusiast into the hobby?

you have to be kidding ,,,,, Your asking some one to sell you a Trex and you did not say if you want nitro or elec????? for 500.00

I have a Trex 450xl ready to fly that has been upgraded. It has the microheli head and align metal parts. (The whole head is upgraded except for the swash which is still stock), the align cf boom, the new align all metal tail. I have the cf gyro mounting plate which allows for the gyro to be mounted inside the frame, a cf battery extender, hs-55 for the swash, electron 6 receiver with deans antenna, gy240 gyro, hds-577 digital servo on the tail, align 430L motor, align 35 amp esc with deans plugs, a dn 2150 battery, and cellectra charger. I also upgraded the flybar with the shogun weighted paddles. This is the heli I learned on and have upgraded over the last few years. I can post pics if you are interested.
Also, do you have a sim and someone who can help you setup and learn to fly the heli? I would highly recommend that you do if you dont!

dude allitle harsh and uncalled for. NOT what Helifreaks about
to the OP check rcgroups far sale section their are a few cheap setups their but for 500$ you gann want to space out your build
