There is a 9z for sale local that i am thinking about making an offer on. Is the 9c a replacement for the 9z? What are the important differences between the 2?

How does the 9z compare to a 9303?

The 9Z is a better radio than the 9C. I would say that the 9Z is comparable to the 9303. There are benefits to both radios so I'm not going to go into a whole PRO/CON thing. Suffice to say, given the choice, I'd take the 9Z over the 9C any day and twice on Sunday. Not saying that the 9C is a bad radio, but the CCPM processing is slow. A 9Z feels better to me, IMHO. (I flew a 9Z this weekend and I've flown a 9C in the past)

It will have to be a 9Z WCII to get the latest and best of the 9Z series. If it is a 9Z or 9ZWC, it would have to be a real good price. The WCII will be a great radio and serve you well.

I should have specified, David is right. The WCII is the one I was referring to. I flew the 9Z WCII this weekend.
