Need help with X9303 and Hitec Digitals

I have a TRex 600 elec, X9303 2.4 with 6200 binded using 3 120deg eccpm settings and Hitec Digital 6635hb for collective.

With the radio set to defaults for 120 ccpm and I move ail, elev, pitch, the travel of movement seems slow and limited. I have no dual rates or any settings defined yet. What am I missing here? Seems that I should see large full servo travels when everything is a 100% default settings. No curves, no expo, no custom mixes. Yet all I get is what seems like less than 50% throws. I reset the Hitec digitals to there default settings using the Programmer. So I think it's in my radio options. My x9303 is new to me and maybe I need to enable a function before I see full servo movment. Any help would be great. Thanks.

What are the swash menu settings at?

The swash AFR defaults to 50% so you're only going to see about half the available servo travel. Wind up the values to 100% and you'll see full travel. Start your setup with 50% and work from there.

Dont forget that swash is not the only movement! Go to full throttle and full Forward and you will see a large movement on the Elevator, then while still at full throttle, move your ailerons. Then go 0 throttle and full reverse on elevator. That is CCPM mixing.
