I m running the 9254. Seems to be the servo of choice for the 401.

I am running the 401/9254 combo on my 600N Sport and it works well...not excellent. During high speed dives and low passes the tail sometines waggs little. I am using a Futaba 9CHP and have set the gain at 54 to correct this problem. My plan (if i get the ok from my wife) is to replace it with a Spartan DS760. The 611 is too expensive for me but seems to be the best or more commonly use.

The spartan ds 760 blows the gy611 out of the water.... I think that gy611 is old over priced technology.....

CAMOMAN: Just FYI, if you are planning on using the 401 on the 600N do not install it over the Aileron and Pitch servos. The 401 goes crazy on top of them due to RF/noise generated by the servos. I tried using the Gyro mount from Align + a thin metal plate between the servos and the tray, but it did not work. I had to re-install it over the Tail.

I am running Futabas 9252s for the cyclic and 9254 for the tail.

F.Y.I., I'm using BLS9351s and they work great w/ the 401 installed using the Align gyro plate.

I had the same issue. Spastic to say the least.
