Those who can paint effects/designs well

Im not a newb to heli's but a I would like to start painting some canopies. I used to some painting on my rc cars but nothing fancy. I think some one on here that can paint really well should do like a finless type video thing showing how to mask for certain effects and how to paint certain designs that wouldn't be too hard to explain but it would atleast show the proper way to do it.

This forum on rctechnet is by far the best one I've found on painting. It's basically a car forum, but the techniques are applicable to any lexan painting.

If you're trying to work external painting on fiberglass bodies, then alot of this won't apply.
