Hello,
I bought the JR 490T gyro but have difficulties to setup it with my T9CHP.
Seems to work but without the tail lock.
Any idea how to configure it ?
Thank's

The 9CHP has a gyro program in the menu. I am not familar with the 490T, but I would think it is similar to the Futaba GY 401.
The Aux lead from the 490T should plug into channel 5 on the receiver. Then you can use the gyro program in the radio to control it. Or another option is inhibit the gyro program in the radio and use the Channel 5 ATV to control the gyro. You should be able to choose a switch to control the gyro between HH and normal mode on the radio.
With the JR gyro, it may be that the channel 5 ATV will have be negative precentage one direction of the ATV. And positive precentage the other direction of the ATV to allow the gyro to change from HH to normal mode.

I have tried the same configuration as the GY. When I change the mode to STD or GY there is no change in the result but I have to change the mix to INH instaed of ACT for the GY401 and in this way it seems to work in normal mode. Just have the problem for the sensitivity and put the gyro in HH.
I will try your suggestion.
What about the sensitivity?
Thank's David
