Hi guys, just recieved Phoenix and I'm really struggling to get it working with my Futaba T7CP. Can anyone give me an idiots guide on how to set the transmitter up as the instructions are useless and I'm starting to get very irritated!

Many thanks,
Stu.

Changed to mode HR-1 in setup and adjusted pitch and throttle curves to match current setup. Only problem now is that the thing is way too sensitive, think I may have to tweak the model setup in Phoenix as you can't change swash settings in HR-1.

I have my 7CHP parameter set to H-1, and it works great.

You have to set a 1 servo or mechanical mix swash type for Phoenix.

If it is too twitchy, dial in some expo.

Cheers guys, I'll try a bit of expo although I don't currently use expo for real flying but I want to get the sim as similar to the real thing. George, have you changed any other settings?

I leave expo at 0 in the TX and adjust it in Phoenix, that way you get a "custom" expo for each model as you see fit. Other than that for N throttle, I have 0 60 90 95 100 idle 1 Th 100 95 95 95 100 N Pitch 30 45 57 84 100 idle 1 Pi 0 25 50 80 100
That's about it as far as I remember.
FYI I don't know if everyone does this or not, but I have 2 setups for Phoenix, one for helis, and one for planes but I imagine anyone with a computer radio would do that.
