Static electricity resets charger

Anyone ever had a charger reset itself from a static electricity discharge? My power supply and Cellpro 4S are in a metal drawer charging. Just went to check on the pack and got shocked when I touched the metal drawer. The Cellpro immediatley beeped and displayed Error Code 15. Be careful dragging your feet on carpet while charging packs!

Never my chargers, but my laptop shut off when I got a shock off of it last night:shock:. Scared the crap outta me.

Interesting. These units must not have a CE mark on them, and if they do, then it must be counterfeit because that is one of the tests that must be passed to get a CE mark..........
