I am fairly new to RC helicopters. I started out with a Blade CX2 for a christmas present and caught on very fast. I just bought the Blade 400 and with about 12 flights I can hover pretty good (no crashes yet!). I would like to get a decent simulator to help me learn moves before I get crazy on the real thing and crash it. Any suggestions for a picking a simulator for learning basic moves and with the capability of going to 3D? Should I get one with a controller or just use mine?

Thanks in advance!!!

Look for the blade cp pro at the knife edge forums within the swap pages...

I have also used the Trex 450 from the swap pages... pretty similar flight characteristics in my limited experience.

Is the 400 much better than the CP pro? If not, then my hat is off to ya! :noteworthy

I'm using the trex450 se2 model from knife edge forums on realflight g3.5. For the amount of hovering I've done, it's helped a lot. I'm trying to refine my nose in right now. I found side in a real challenge for real, and on the simulator. Nose in is going pretty good. I only have an indoor area of 10sqft to fly in so I'm anxious to move to a school gym

get a phoenix way much better than G4, very realistic. I had 2 G3.5 and 1 G4 at home from my friends anyone want to buy it.
