Hi guys,
Trying to get my concept 30 running just for fun... The old OS32 carb seals are hard and the muffler gasket is missing. I think it's an OS .32 SX, it's a ringed motor and it has the 3H carb on it if that matters...
Searched for a half hour and came up with nothing. Any help would be great. Also any info on bearings for this motor would be great too as they are a tiny bit notchy and I see rust in the intake bore, so the bearings should probably be replaced too. Maybe I should just get an OS .37 :)
Also if anyone knows where I can get a tuned pipe for this heli that would be great also.
Thanks,
-Chris

Fairly simple to find the parts.

Carb O-ring

Really don't need a gasket between the muffler and engine. Just smear both surfaces with some 5 min epoxy and bolt the muffler to the engine. Makes a great seal.
Tuned pipe

Took me less than 5 minutes to find all of the above. LOL

Thanks David. I just searched for "os32" + "o-ring" and a few variants and came up with nothing... Good idea getting the parts list, hadn't thought of that.

OK well after finding the parts list for the 3h carb on the os site I have the part number for the internal seals I need also. It would be nice if someone carried a rebuild kit with all these seals in it...

It is only 2 orings that are in the carb.

OSMG7392 22781800 O.S. O-Ring Small #2K/#2SB

They go on the needles and that is the only seals ( o-rings) there is in the carb.
You will only use one of each. small one on the low end needle. Large one on the main needle.

Yup, I ordered both of those already as well as the carb to motor block seal and the muffler.
Hmm I didn't even think to pull the small needle out to see if there is an o-ring there, but it makes sense there would be. I actually pulled the sleeve (or whatever the idle needle threads into) out of the carb and it has 2 o-rings on it to seal it to the carb bore it's pressed into. They appear to be the same size, and were quite hardened. I'll take a pic tonight... Thanks again for your help D.

well crap now that I think about it there must be a third size o-ring, unless they use the same one to seal the main needle as they use on that fuel inlet sleeve... Looking at my main needle, the only seal I saw was what looked like a piece of fuel tubing on the outside to seal between the od threads of the needle and the sleeve it threads into... I'm sure that is just to keep extra air from entering through that thread though.
Hopefully I have the right seals coming.
