Base loads

Hi guys,
Have any of you tried the G3 with a baseload antenna. I think it should work, but I'm just curious if anyone is using one.
I love the feel of the mz and can hardly wait till I get my heli setup so I can try it at the field.

I know people that are using base loaded antennas with the G3 receivers with no issues. I was using one but went back to the regular antenna beacuse of a glitching problem. The problem was not caused by the antenna so I may go back to the base load after I have completely resolved the issue.

Thanks for the reply, I thought as much. I decided not to cut at this time for the baseload antenna. I can tell you that my 9151 are much faster using the G3 Before I didn't notice much of a problem using a 9202 on the throttle, but now it will need to be changed out to something faster. I may try a 9253 on the throttle just for the speed.
I like the 14, but I think it will take a little getting used to. I had trouble trying to set up exp. and did find it. This forum will help anyone with the 14 make better use of the programing. Thanks
