I have my tail slider centered at servo neutral, but am getting a much faster piro rate to the right then to the left. Any ideas on what needs to be done to correct this ?

That is normal due to the torque of the main blades. You can adjust the left rudder ATV to get quicker piro rate if you like.

When you say ATV do you mean the end point adjustment ?

Yes. If you want faster piro rate on left, increase the end point for left rudder. Assuming that you currently set both left and right rudder end points at 100%. To increase the left piro rate for left rudder, you would want to set it at something like 110%. Experiment with the number until you are satisfied with it. Do the reverse if you want slower piro rate.

Yea, understand, except I have endpoints already adjusted so the slider moves as far to left & right as possible without binding. Could it possibly have anything to do with my gyro sensitivity adj. I have it at 83%, someone told me that might be to high. Thanks for your input, Dave.
something must be off, I did not have this problem with my T-Rex
end points on the rudder do not affect how far the pitch slider moves. the LIMIT on the gyro controls how far the pitch slider moves.
End points on the rudder channel effects how fast the gyro will allow the tail to piro. You will have to play with the endpoints until the piro rate is at a speed you like and equal in both directions. If by gyro sensitivity you mean gain ,then dont adjust this as this is what controls a wag or drift, but does not control piro rate.

simon it depends on which gyro if the epa/atv controls piro rate or not ;)
