So I have the Thunder Power-425 charger and the TP-205v balancer. My questions are what rate can I charge
-Align 22c 2100 ?
-Align 18c 2100 ?
I am guessing 1.3a is ok for them? Maybe just the .8a for the 18c2100?

2.1 amps for both.
It is based on pack capacity, not C rating.

Is there like a chart somewhere that I could look at?

Simply charge at 1C. 2100mAH charge at 2.1A, 3700mAH charge at 3.7A ... and etc

I try to charge them at 2.0a and there is a charge error after about 5minutes. It seems that the batteries only like the 1.3a setting on this TP charger.

What error?
It sounds like maybe there is some balancing problem with your packs.

There is no balancing problem. They are all new packs and work great. I have
2x Align 22c 2100's,
2xKongPower 25c2200's
1xAlign16c 2100
I think I said it was a 18c earlier; my bad. Anyways... they have no problem charging and balancing at 1.3a but when I try to bump up the charges at 2.0a after about 5 minutes I always get the beeping alarm and the green and blue LEDs go nuts. The flashing blue typically means it is charging. The green usually means it is done. It is kind of puzzling to me really... I do not know what it could be.

If possible try to borrow another charger and try, I believe is your charger problem

I will look into it. Is it possible to rig the TP-205 balancer and the TP-425 charger to charge and balance more than one pack? Any wire adapters that can do that out there? It will charge them at 1.3a so its fine I guess, but If I could do more than one at a time that would be great. Send me some links if there is anything out there.
