Hi, can anyone tell me the correct size driver for removing the tiny screws on the rotor head. they are the smallest size on the heli. Is it phillips #00 or some other special tool? thank you

It would help to know which heli you're talking about. On the T-Rex 450, the screws take a 1.5mm hex driver.

Also Trex Philips are JIS, which is different than US Philips.

Hi, it is a CX450AE trex 450 clone. they look like philips but are very small. I want to order a good driver that will last.

I suggest getting the JIS screwdrivers. You can get a set of them here, among other places

Hi, those are a really good set but what is the size of the one that I need. It's the one for removing the screw that fastens the ball on the swashplate. The size of this screwdriver is like a mystery.

I'm not familiar with that heli so I can't say what size it takes. I'd go with a set of JIS drivers though because the US phillips tends to mangle the screw head. The JIS drivers get down into the screw head real good. Just in general, use the largest driver that will seat in the head.

I have a CX that has real small screws and I use a jeweler's screwdriver for that... like here,
