sjm 325 esc

I have just bought a sjm 325 and don't think I get the 40A speed control with the sjm 3800kv motor.Can I use any 40A speed control or does it have to be the one that matchs the motor

You can use ANY 40A ESC (you could even use a 35A ESC on this size heli). As long as you're using a modern Brushless ESC, they are all compatible.. For the most part.

I would reccomend the Align 35A ESC w/ 6v BEC, it's pretty much the best for the cost.

thanks for replying mate as it happens I have bought a 35A esc but it is the flightech synergy 35A and is awsome.It has 8 programable features and really suits this heli especially the extra soft start option.thanks again you were very helpfull.
