fly bar upgrade... is it worth it

just wondering if any one has any input on the fly-bar upgrade of weights with set screws so you can adjust them.....would it make that much of a difference than the stock flybar... or is it worh the money i think there around 16 bucks......

Moving them will make it more responsive, I just leave them on the ends but because it is shorter than stock that may be what helps me fly in a mild breeze.
