cyclic down for + pitch on E325?

I rebuild a mini Titan with the "precision CNC" upgrade available from helidirect, head and tail, now setting up the radio i found kinda weird that to increase blade pitch the 3 servos actually go down instead of up like my TREX or any other heli i've seen... Did i reverse something on head assembly or is this normal?? Ailerons and elevator are normal...

that's the way it goes. swashplate moves down and pitch increases. you've got it right.
