While searching for pinions for my 3dx 500 I found out today that hard steel pinions as sold by Revco are made in the UK! If you contact the manufacturer, Neil at RW racing he can supply a large range of Helicopter pinions in 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7 module. Just what you need for your Lepton, T-Rex 500, 3dx/hdx etc.
