I tried to maiden my H550 today and it would not get off the ground. I was not getting much of a head speed, so I looked closer and noticed the gear and the one way bearing are slipping. I removed it and I can easily take them apart by hand with no tools.
How do I fix or does it need replacement?

Most people have been roughing up the surface of the one way and the inside of the gear. Then apply your favorite threadlocker and press fit. Let it setup and it should be good as new. (If your lucky it will be better then new.)

Thank you for that info jnngill, I scuffed them up and put red loctite, could not find and green ones. Will test flight again tomorrow. I hope it works, if it slips again I will use the hammer

If it slips again, check your one-way gear for cracks. Some have reported them cracking but it's had to see them. If you can, use Loc Tite 609, green. It's made for cylindrical fittings and bearings.
