esc earth to motor mod?

I ve seen the noise reductioin mod on trex tuning where they eatrh the black esc wire to the motor mount. My question is, if you are NOT having any issues is it a good idea to do this mod or should i just leave things the hell alone?? Are their any reasons why not to earththe esc to yhe frame or can only good things come from doing this.

Well put it this way... It certainly isn't going to hurt anything by doing it. So do it if your worried about it. My hei is fine and I haven't done the mod myself but I may do it when I get the time.
