I saw this pic recently. Can anybody tell me what version of T14 is this? And why it is Cyber 14?

Looks to me like the picture that was circulating about a month before the 14MZ was released for sell. I even sent that picture to a friend, because up till that picture started circulating, I was understanding the 14 was a 12 channel radio.
