Im hoping you guys can help me out here. I am just getting started and have purchased and mostly assembled a TRex 500. I have two batteries so far with plans to purchase at least 4 more. The batteries I got were the FP EvoLite 6S 2500's.
I have been patiently waiting for the 10s, and have not been able to do any flying since the 10s release date keeps getting pushed. I raced 1/8th scale RC for years and this is starting to look like one of the many "new releases" that are going to be available in "two weeks" yet take months to actually get out the door.
I found the Hyperion EOS-0610iDuo and it looks like it will charge 2 6s batteries at once which seems to be a nice feature. When I raced, I had two Tritons, just because I was impatient and wanted to charge both of my starter box batteries at the same time.... ;-) (Since I quit racing I sold the Tritons)
Can you guys help me and let me know if the 10s has some features that I am not aware of that make it a better choice over the Hyperion? Also, am I correct in my assumption that the Hyperion can charge two 6s batteries at once? Anything else I should consider?
Thanks!
